Divine Encounters
As your heart opened like a flower receiving Me on the day of salvation. You embarked on a grand spiritual journey into destiny. And this, My love, was a divine encounter.
During your sojourn upon the Earth. Like Abraham, you are seeking a heavenly city, whose builder is God.
To be sure, there are landmarks along the way. Seasons and dates with destiny. The markers are set times and seasons. At these junctures, heaven and earth intersect.
Jacob's dream of a heavenly ladder was such a landmark. A set time and place on his journey to God~a divine encounter.
You too, experience crossroads during your journey as you progress from place to place, landmark to landmark and glory to glory.
To be sure, times of further visitation await. Yes, there are tailor-made divine encounters ahead, My beloved.
Think now of your own land~divine encounters. What was the purpose? How did you respond?
Where there is a Promise there is a Crown. The path in between a fact~most profound.
Remember Joseph who dreamed a dream. That before him one day all would bow down.
But in chains and fetters he found himself bound. Instead of rulership or a king's crown.
Into Egypt as a slave, he was cruelly sold. And yet he found strength onto his dream to hold.
Proving himself in his trial. Soon he was back on solid ground. For excellence promoted and over all Potifer’s house found.
Then suddenly with violence through no fault of his own. Cast into prison even farther from a throne.
Indeed, unto the utmost depths he fell. His dream now seemed no more than a hopeless fairytale.
Where was God while he was sidetracked, derailed and distraught? Nonetheless. He purposed to humble himself, although his path with fiery trials was fraught.
Joseph was always found doing right through an excellent spirit within. In the midst of affliction, he waited on God without sin.
The promise was given that he might endure the obstacles found in his path. Just as Jesus endured the cross for the joy set before him. (Hebrews 12:12)
To be sure, it is a long and winding road that leads us home at last. And Joseph's dream in due time did come to pass.
Overcoming in the process through trials, troubles, and tribulations abound remaining faithful to his God during the journey between the Promise and the Crown.
At the altar of divine encounters, promises are received. So remember Joseph’s example that you may prevail like Abraham. Do not stagger at the promise because of what lies between~ fire, flood, a most difficult trial.
But know this: Between the Promise and Provision lie three t’s to be overcome.
Promise~ Testing~Trial, Tribulation~Provision (Crown)
