The Secret Place

The Secret Place is the hiding place of My glory.
Come!
Here we shall become as one—
bone of My bone, flesh of My flesh.

In the midst of My glory, we shall be knit together, heart to heart, hand to hand, mind to mind,
Ashes for glory—beauty for ashes.

In the midst of My glory is provision.
Though you come into my chamber empty, 
you will be filled.
Though you come to Me weary, 
you will be refreshed.
Though you come to Me morning, 
you will receive My joy.

When you come to Me sick, 
I will heal.
When you come to Me needy, 
I will provide.
When you come to Me lonely, 
I will be your companion.
When you come to Me afraid, 
My love will wash away all fear.

If you come to Me confused, 
I will renew your mind.
If you come to Me with questions, 
I will grant answers.
If you come to Me broken, 
My tenderness will make you whole.

Everything you lack is found in me—
Come!
